David O’Sullivan is the founder and owner of For Beautiful Eyes graduating with a Bachelor.Optometry in 1980.
David has a special interest in children’s vision and has practiced Behavioural Optometry since 1986.
David is a member of The Australasian College of Behavioural Optometry (A.C.B.O) and Optometry Australia.
Children’s vision testing involves both a functional vision assessment involving eye teaming, ability to change focus, sustain focus convergence , saccadic and pursuit eye movements and when indicated a perceptual visual assessment, which includes but not limited to such things as visual memory, discrimination and dyslexia assessment. A one on one visual therapy programme may then be advised when indicated.
